Word Art (Water)

Today we did word art around water and clouds etc. We had to figure out what water comes out of why we use it.  Here is my word art!

Water cycle

For this we experiment we had to get a plastic zip lock bag  and get a buddy and a sharpie Then you drew a water line and a sun and clouds. After that you and your buddy had to fill up the bag with some water. Then you added some dye from Miss Candish (BLUE DYE). We put it on a sunny window with some tape. At the end of the day, if we touched the condensation at the top water drop fell down. The experiment worked for us!

Evaporation means that the water goes up (as a gas)

Condensation means the gas turns back into water in the clouds

Precipitation is when is rains

Collection - the water collects in places like lakes and rivers

Hockey!

My class room 15 did hockey this term. We do it at-least every Friday to Tuesday. Yesterday on Thursday we did not do hockey because it was raining. But for hockey we have to pick buddies and my buddy was Charmony. First we got a hockey stick on how tall/short we are I use a normal one because i'm not that tall and i'm not that short. Here is a picture of us practising.

Swimming

Every Tuesday and Friday Room 15 does swimming every week and I feel like im really good at back-stroke. I would choose to do that over Free style and Breath stroke Because I feel like im good at it.

Active Learning

For active learning this term, I made a growth mindset brain. I am very proud with the finished product because I liked the quote I chose. One thing I found challenging was challenging was writing on the brain with sharpie because there were no flat spots. If I was to do again I would make it more flat and put the writing in one spot not all over the place...
